I gravitate toward problems where the users are experts, the information is dense, and the cost of getting it wrong is high. The four case studies below show that range: a data analytics dashboard for enterprise database administrators, a high-stakes workflow portal for federal security reviewers, a breach-notification workflow for in-house counsel at a legal-tech startup, and a gesture-based interactive exhibit for a regional nature center.
